⭑ Ten en cuenta que estos términos pueden cambiar en cualquier momento, así que asegúrate de leer con atención.⭑ Mi trabajo se divide en tres partes:
BOCETO / COLOR BASE / DIBUJO TERMINADO⭑ Aclaro que el proceso de la comisión puede durar 1 a 3 semanas o indefinidamente, a menos de que se haya acordado una fecha límite o de entrega.⭑ Esta prohibido el uso comercial o lucrarse con la comisión. El cliente NO PUEDE vender la comisión a otra persona o lucrar de esta por ningún medio, mucho menos sin dar créditos. Así como cualquier uso no acordado.

⭑ Tengo derecho a rechazar la comisión, si no me siento cómodo con esta o me parece ofensiva. Sea la razón que sea, tienes que respetar mi decisión.⭑ Respeto mutuo, no aceptaré la comisión si se me falta el respeto a mi como persona o mi trabajo.⭑ Esta permitido utilizar la comisión como referencia, auto promoción o uso personal (foto de perfil, fondo de pantalla, solicitar otra comisión, etc...)⭑ Tengo derecho de utilizar la comisión para ejemplos o referencia en mi portafolio/tabla de precios.⭑ NO hago otros estilos de dibujo, solo dibujo mis estilos que salen en la tabla de precios y ejemplos.⭑ Se puede solicitar cualquier corrección (errores de diseño por parte del artista, colores, poses, expresiones, etc...) En cualquier momento ANTES de enviar el resultado final.⭑ NO borraré el proceso del boceto ni hago un nuevo boceto desde cero. Ten en claro que es lo que quieres.⭑ NO aceptaré hacer cambios en el dibujo después de enviar el resultado final.⭑ Puedes agregar, eliminar o corregir sin pena lo que tu gustes.⭑ Asegúrate de que en los cambios que haga, abarquen todo lo que quieras que cambie. Solo y durante el proceso, no después de la entrega.⭑ Al momento de depositarme el dinero estas aceptando los términos, condiciones y servicios. (T.O.S)⭑ Por favor se paciente y no presiones por resultados, recuerda que también estoy ocupado con otras cosas.⭑ NO trabajo en días festivos o cuando este realmente ocupado, se le informará al cliente de las fechas dónde no podré trabajar.⭑LOS DERECHOS DE CADA PRODUCTO QUE PRODUZCO SON CONSERVADOS POR MI. ME ESTA PAGANDO PARA CREAR UNA ILUSTRACIÓN, NO PARA TRANSFERIR LOS DERECHOS DE ESTA.NO HAGO ILUSTRACIONES PARA USO COMERCIAL, SI LUCRA CON ALGUNA DE ESTAS TENDRÉ QUE RECURRIR A MEDIDAS LEGALES.

⭑ Mi marca de agua o firma estará en el dibujo.⭑ No lucrar, ni utilizar para uso comercial mi trabajo. Mucho menos si no das créditos.⭑ Se entregará el resultado final por correo, en formato PNG, JPG o PNG transparente según el pedido.⭑ Todos los dibujos serán full color. No trabajo con bocetos para evitar robos.⭑ El trabajo final se entregará por correo electrónico:
( [email protected] )⭑ Debes dar CRÉDITOS al utilizar públicamente cualquier comisión hecha por mi.⭑ Si quieres utilizar una comisión para otro fin no mencionado en "derechos" debes informarme para llegar a un acuerdo.⭑ Debes enviar las referencias necesarias para crear la comisión, se aceptan descripciones, fotografías u otros ejemplos.⭑ No me hagas perder mi tiempo y no me contactes si no estas seguro de que es lo que quieres. Tampoco si no puedes contar con el dinero suficiente para pagarme.⭑ Tomaré como prioridad las comisiones con fecha límite. Las demás pueden esperar.⭑ El archivo del dibujo será borrado del programa de dibujo después de 3 meses. No te preocupes por el resultado final, estará a salvo en tu correo electrónico.
PAGO
⭑ Se deberá pagar 50% de anticipo y el otro 50% antes de entregar el resultado final.⭑ Mostrar evidencia del deposito mediante captura de pantalla NO RECORTADA.⭑ El método de pago será vía PayPal, transferencia bancaria o depósitos por OXXO para México.⭑ NO se aceptan rembolsos ni devoluciones.⭑ Los 3 primeros cambios son gratis, los demás cambios se cobrarán:
( $2 dólares / $40 pesos mexicanos )⭑ Los costos extras serán dependiendo de cuantos personajes quieras en el dibujo. Cada personaje costará lo mismo que sale en la tabla.⭑ Los fondos dependiendo de que tan detallados estén costarán muchisimo más que el precio establecido.⭑ Los descuentos y ofertas solo estarán disponibles en fiestas festivas, aniversarios o cumpleaños. Los descuentos y ofertas los publicare y fijare en mi Instagram.

Be clear about what you want.⭑ I will NOT accept making changes to the drawing after sending the final result.⭑ You can add, delete or correct whatever you like without penalty.⭑ Make sure that the changes you make cover everything you want changed. Much less if you don't give credits.⭑ The final result will be delivered by mail, in PNG, JPG or transparent PNG format depending on the order.⭑ All drawings will be full color. I do not work with sketches to avoid theft.⭑ The final work will be delivered by email:
